Rates:

HIGH SEASON RATES: June 15th to September 15th
$1,500 per week

LOW SEASON RATES: Before June 15th and After September 15th
$1,000 per week

We accept Certified Cheque, Cash or Wire Transfer to Royal Bank of Canada, Queen St. Charlottetown, PEI.

Payments

Your rental of Solitude Chalet must be guaranteed at the time of your reservation with a $500 deposit for each week of your rental. The rent for Solitude Chalet is due in full no later than 14 days in advance of the start of your rental period, and your rental deposit may be credited against the amount of the rent due. If payment is not received prior to the 14 day period, your reservation will be canceled and your deposited will be forfeited, subject to the cancellation policy described below.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel within the 14 days, we will refund your payments less the $100.00 providing we are able to re-rent for all of your rental period; otherwise, we regret your payments are forfeited.


Other Terms

  • Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons
  • Weekly rentals only (5:00PM Saturday to 11:00AM Saturday)
  • No Smoking
  • Small pets are welcome
  • Restricted use of electrical appliances. As Solitude Chalet obtains its electricity from the sun, the use of electrical appliances are limited to those provided with the Solitude Chalet rental, and in the amounts of usage which we will gladly explain to you.
